Punched Baby Duck Card

I don't think I ever posted this card!  It is a card we made during my Big Shot club last year.  (Thank you mom!)

A Little Something for Moms

Many teachers had babies last year and over the summer.  I thought I would give them a little something to put on their desks to remind them of their precious gifts!

They are not in frames yet and the teachers have to add pictures, but don't my niece and nephew look cute?  (Of course I had to make frames for them to put on my desk!)

Z Fold Card

Because the Easy Events class was my last class while on vacation, we made a fourth card.  It is such a simple card.  All you need is some coordinating designer paper and a simple stamp!
Do you believe I've used all my current Christmas paper already?  I guess I need to place another order!

The directions for this card are below:
  • 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" Crumb Cake
  • score it along the 8 1/2" side at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4"
  • fold the paper so that the 2 1/8" fold is in the center of the card
  • adhere  2" x 5 1/4" and 4" x 5 1/4" DSP to the Crumb Cake card stock
  • We used the Labels Collection Framelits to stamp our image on.  We also used a label on the inside of the card.

Easy Events

Below are three cards everyone made at my Easy Events class.  I just love this set because you can use it for so many different occasions.

This card was my mom's swap card at convention.  It uses the cute flowers; they are stamped twice.  (Her card looks a lot better than mine!  When I stamped the second set of flowers, I pressed harder than I did with the first set of flowers.)  Don't you just love the combination of Pool Party and Island Indigo?  It's hard to see, but the card has Dazzling Details on the flowers.

The one detail you might not see on the picture of this card is the writing on the Cherry Cobbler.  We inked the background stamp, En Francais, with Crumb Cake for a subtle design on the paper.  The sentiment was stamped on Naturals White card stock and cut using the Itty Bitty Banners Framlit die.  We also cut a Cherry Cobbler banner and cut it apart and put it behind the sentiment.  (We had to do a little trimming!)

This card is a modified case from Pam Joel who is in my upline.  Isn't it an elegant baby card?  We used the fork bow technique to get the cute little bow!

We used an Aqua Painter to do the water coloring on both the Sending You Love and the For Baby card.  When you purchase the Aqua Painters, you will get two brushes - one with a small brush and one with a larger brush.  Because the images we colored were small, we used the small brush.
