One of the techniques that we did at a recent class was the faux shaving cream technique. It is so much easier than using shaving cream and gives a stamped image a different look. The easiest way to get the swirled look on the stamped image is to do the following:
- Ink up the stamp. For this card I used the flower from Simply Said inked with Perfect Plum stamped off once.
- Ink part of a wheel with a different color. You don't need to ink the entire wheel, only a small area. For this card I used Elegant Eggplant.
- Swirl the wheel around the ink on the stamp.
- Stamp and wallah!
